Harvard Law School goes Hip Hop...with Ryan Leslie!
Harvard Law School, by and through its Citizen Media Law Project, has been very helpful to Derrick Gillenwater and to your blog host Boston Bob in Mr. Gillenwater's quest for Justice when he sued high powered lawyers Jeffrey Denner (Big Dig settlement fame) and Kevin L. Barron (of heroin smuggling allegation fame, or infamy) for legal malpractice. The Defendants got all of his First Amendment Rights to blog about the case or to even file basic pleadings taken away before Defendant Denner reconsidered and took steps to settle this case today in fact so I commend him for that. As to Defendant Barron, well I encourage all of you to keep reading this blog because a certain very large and powerful Civil Rights organization is about to file some court documents. The story is all told here in these pages, and you can read the transcripts and listen to Derrick Gillenwater's music and watch his biographic video right here at this post.
Boycott Boston lawyer Kevin L. Barron, support Boston Hip-Hop and R&B singer Derrick Gillenwater: http://myspace.com/buckshotdamack
Boycott prejudiced Judge Linda Giles.
What were the bogus and eventually-dismissed charges on Mr. Gillenwater, you ask? Heroin distribution, ironically.

Good thing my Depo wrapped in a little more than an hour so I can get back to this:
Hey Kevin:
Derrick tried to warn you about this.
I tried to warn you about this.
Jeffrey:
Good move. I think when you really looked at this something inside you changed, and you realized this isn't about "winning" and "losing" it is about Justice.
Boston Bob.
According to my tracking devices since yesterday:
46 pages were viewed a total of 375 times.
That number is going to grow exponentially in the next week to ten days if I feel like it, and until I hear something from the law students about your camp changing its position, I am going to feel like it. That's a First Amendment Right that you and the Courts illegally took from Derrick Gillenwater, and one which I will gladly pick up for him, on his behalf and in support of all oppressed peoples.
As I understand it, a very large National Organization is about to intercede to help Derrick Gillenwater, and then even more people will know how you operate, like the stereotypical lawyer snake.
******
Attorney Denner is in the clear now, I understand a settlement has been reached.
As for you, Counselor Barron, I suppose you don't want to be in the clear, you like it more muddy. Well that's fine, because soon 30,000 of your peers will have an opportunity to read about you and your ongoing efforts to screw your former client.
Then I'll be spreading the word to general consumers here in the Greater Boston area, hundreds of thousands.
When the folks start hearing about your heroin charges and how you treated, and continue to treat Derrick Gillenwater you can forget that Mercedes; you'll be lucky to buy yourself a cup-a-coffee in prison, should you wind up there like that idiot boy in New Jersey.
Boston Bob.

I'm old enough to have danced disco. Sing it with me: "Tommy Mottola.... lives on the road......"
Trivia Answer:
Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band; Kid Creole and the Coconuts.
Tommy is doing much, much better these days, but those were the days ;-)
What a coincidence.
The guy who produced Mr. Gillenwater's music was a producer for Ryan Leslie when he was in Boston, living in that downstairs neo-studio, back in the day.
It is indeed a small World.
For my next post, we will consider why it is that Derrick Gillenwater still does not know the identity of the insurance company who apparently represents both Defendants Denner and Barron. He first asked back in October I believe, so that's about half a year of bullshit he's endured which has left him unable to file a 93A claim.
Now of course he could always file a John Doe lawsuit and subpoena the information from Denner and Barron, but given the way the Court has been treating him there's no guarantee they would even put his case on the docket, things are so crooked.
Boston Bob.
Well it is a great post... Thanks for sharing this wonderful insights... Hope to read more interesting article from you... Keep it coming... God bless...
