"I am not a racist," said Boston Civil Rights Attorney Jeffrey Denner. "I just benefit from a legal system that is."

In the last post we discussed how prominent Boston Attorney Jeffrey Denner was using clearly Unconstitutional court rulings and nonrulings to whip a slave and club a baby seal to death in the valid legal malpractice case of Derrick Gillenwater v. Jeffrey Denner/Kevin Barron.

So it made me think for a while about Attorney Denner -- whom I believe is Jewish -- would respond to allegations of being called a racist, which is kind of what I implied yesterday, and that is the best would-be answer I can come up with. Perhaps when Mr. Gillenwater asks him that question on the witness stand he will have an even better answer.

"How can you say that about Attorney Denner, he successfully represents black people all the time!"

Easy.

It's one thing to take someone's money to do a job. The color of money is green.

It's another thing to refuse to come to the table with him when you screw up. Would Denner follow the same course of action and allow a wealthy white client to have their rights taken away like this while refusing to work out a settlement or bring in a real mediator?

I really don't know, but I highly doubt it.

But then again, the color of money is greed, errr.. green.

I am pleased to see that you "Bob from Boston" (not to be known as BOSTON BOOB, errr I mean.. "BOSTON BOB" becuase we Bostonian's are not all like this) are able to express your bias opinions as well as your one sided stories online while leaving hard working and remarkable people like Denner unable to defend himself. Your 15 minutes of fame are almost up so SHOUT IT OUT BUDDY!

Calm down.

I had a very high regard for Jeffrey Denner and still do in some ways.

That doesn't make him perfect, and when he makes mistakes he needs to pay for them and he shouldn't get Judges to go along with him to the extent that they violate basic principles of fair play, Due Process, First Amendment, you know

FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.

Hmm, I've come across your posts numerous times about this man, Denner. You keep alluding to his alleged "Power", his "Prominence", et al. It seems to me that it is YOU who places this man on a pedestal. Your continuous posts work against your goal and in the end you are not helping "your friend" Gillenwater. You are selfish in your pursuit of Denner under the guise of helping Gillenwater. The only person you are serving is yourself. It is you who has the big ego. It is you who is on the power trip. You have not handled your self with dignity and grace and at this point it is sad. How you are using Gillenwater for your own agenda. You have a Bro-mance with Denner. Do the right thing by Gillenwater and walk away so that he may move on with his life. Your continuence interference in (his) life is not helping him to move on. Stop being so selfish.
